4） Environment request：avoid direct radiation of intense light ;
5） Cooling water：pure water, distilled water or water without hydronium;
6） If the temperature in the room is too low，or the equipment have not been used for many days, the
temperature of the whole system must recover to 15 ºC or higher. And then start the equipment.
